This is a beautiful home in the Village of Fenney, with an easy walk out the back door to the shared pool. It has a large expanded lanai with a very large back yard and no homes behind it. Kitchen has granite counter tops and stainless steel appliances with stainless farm style sink. Center island area with seating for a quick bite or just a gathering spot while entertaining. Three flat screen TV's in the home, a master bath with roman shower and a den with a pull out sofa sleeper. This home is very well appointed and in a great location. 2 seat gas golf cart and 2 bicycles for guest use to enjoy at your luxury.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT A CART INSTEAD OF USING THE OWNERS CART YOU WILL NEED TO GOOGLE "GOLF CART RENTALS IN THE VILLAGES".

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Beautiful Home.Very clean and a massive lanai.Lovely area in Fenney.We have stayed in many homes in The Villages and this was one of our favs.Golf cart is a bonus. Didn\'t require Premier during our stay as everything was perfect but communication with them is always easy. Highly recommended home

Amazing Stay

We loved our stay! This home was very clean and we really enjoyed the lanai with the fire pit. We love how close it was to activities and Publix isn’t far at all. Communication was amazing any time we needed anything or had any questions. We will definitely book here again when visiting the area.

Wonderful!

This is a wonderful house with a great location! Our family enjoyed the 3 separate bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The outdoor porch is huge where we enjoyed coffee in the morning and grilling at night. The whole family enjoyed playing putt putt and Pitch and Putt nearby. The house backs up to a recreational center with a beautiful walking trail. I hated to leave this place and can’t wait for a return visit!

Comfortable house in great location
