Three bedroom two bath home, king in master queen in both guest room. Large open kitchen overlooking the dining room and living area. Sliders to the patio and lanai. Roommate plan for privacy. Master has flat screen tv, guest rooms have flat screens as well, 3rd bedroom has a desk for your laptop! Kitchen has breakfast bar. This home will sleep six very comfortably. Nice living room furniture for watching tv and nice outdoor furniture for sitting on the lanai and enjoying the days! Close to several pools shopping dining and golf!
With A golf cart you can get to Brownwood or Lake Sumter in no time! Close to Pennecamp Pool and many golf courses, get to 466A for shopping quickly - Lake Sumter or Brownwood 10 - 15 minutes for dining shopping and nightly entertainment.

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT A CART INSTEAD OF USING THE OWNERS CART YOU WILL NEED TO GOOGLE "GOLF CART RENTALS IN THE VILLAGES".

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Great house and location

The house was spacious, clean, well stocked and nicely decorated. The location is great! Easy to get to Sumpter Landing and Brownwood Town Squares. The fenced in courtyard was perfect for our fur kid. The golf cart was a nice perk! Hope to return in the future.

A lovely stay in The Villages

Golf Trip

Vacation Rental feedback for 2010 Duxbury Ln

We were very satisfied with the rental. We had seen the area and rental the year before so new what to expect.The Villa's layout and furnishings were first class and exceeded our expectations. The kitchen was so well equipped that if we wanted something it was probably there only needed to find it. The grill worked well along with the golf car.Only needed help from property management twice and both times the response was immediate and helpful.Would highly recommend to anyone.

Father/Daughter Getaway

My daughter and I came to The Villages with the expectation to spend a week together playing golf and make some memories. Our expectations were exceeded. Steve and Sue’s home was super cozy and the beds were extremely comfortable, which allowed us to fully recharge for the following day activities. Unlike other vacations, where there is a lot of down time and some boredom, that wasn’t the case since there is always something to do in The Villages. We plan on returning with the whole family. Thank you Steve and Sue for making your house available, we will never forget our experience we had in your home.
