A front den/office provides flexible space and can be used as an additional bedroom with a pull-out sofa. The guest bedroom features a queen bed, and the guest bathroom includes a tub/shower combination.
Step outside to enjoy the Florida lifestyle with an all-weather lanai offering seating for four, plus a table and additional seating for four more. The patio area includes a grill and outdoor seating, making it perfect for entertaining or enjoying evening meals outdoors.

We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***
Please Note: For your convenience and enjoyment, a golf cart is included as a complimentary courtesy from the owner. While every effort is made to keep it in good working order, should the cart become unavailable during your stay, a replacement will not be provided. In that case, you’ll have the option to rent a cart locally so you can continue exploring and enjoying all The Villages has to offer.
