This spacious house is also Pet friendly, so don’t forget to bring your 4 legged loved one. Fully furnished with laminate throughout the house, except the bedrooms. This open kitchen is equipped with a Gas stove and a dinette to be able to cook up your heart's desires. Carpeted Master Bedroom with a Queen size bed and ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The other two carpeted bedrooms have Full sized beds, which share a guest tub/shower combo bathroom. Screened in Lanai with rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee or table with chairs to be able to enjoy your evening dinner. Don’t pass it up because it will be reserved super quick.

No Surprises!
by Teri EliaMy hubby and small dog stayed at 1433 Arbor Trail from 12/1/23-1/31/24. The property was exactly as portrayed in the listing pictures, and the descriptions are correct. The home was very clean and had adequate sheets, towels and kitchenware. We had a problem on arrival with the refrigerator and our REMAX property manager (Randy Arkin) was quick to resolve it and provide a new refrigerator in short order. They even gave us a small dorm refrigerator to tide us over until the new one arrived. Communications with REMAX via Judy Ward were exceptional. She is a great point of contact and always responds promptly. The neighborhood is fantastic. We made many friends over the course of the two months. Even as temporary renters we were made to feel welcome. The location is perfectly situated and close to Lake Miona Rec Center, Sunset Pointe Pool, Cane Garden Country Club, two golf courses and Lake Sumter Landing. We kept busy at all of these sites!
