Two bedroom two bath villa with a large outdoor area with plenty of seating!

Nice and large open kitchen into dining and living area. Gas cooking and all appliances are stainless. Nice breakfast bar. Dining seats 6. Washer and dryer in garage. Guest room has a queen bed. Shower tub combination. Master has a queen bed with walk in shower with glass door. An outdoor area that is so inviting. Great for entertaining or just relaxing. Nice and quiet location. Flat screen in living room and flat screen in master. Kitchen has everything you need to cook! Don't let this little gem get away.

We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

The entire experience was extremely enjoyable and the house was perfect for our first time visit. The rental process was very detailed and easy to navigate on line and very professional! The house was well stocked and very clean with gas cooking, an added plus for those used to having gas as apposed to electric…..the house is also well located within The Villages…

This house is very nice and extremely convenient to the village squares where all the activities take place, The Mallory Hill Pool is less than 5 minutes away!. The house is very clean and well stocked with everything you’ll need. For cooking this house has gas which was plus for us. Most places in the village are all electric………

Clean and Quiet

We stayed for 6 nights and 7 days. The place was clean. The beds were comfortable and the towels and sheets were clean. There was plenty of cookware and utensils. I absolutely recommend this place.

House was light and airy,if a little eclectic re the furnishings and decorations. Location get- close to Lake Sumter Landing.Remax needs clearer arrival instructions, especially where to find the key. This should be on the arrival day email.

everything was very satisfactory,great location,would rent same house again if available next time we visit.only complaint is the television.very few available station,no local stations,no sports,netflix availabilty almost never(someone was always on it,it said too many users on the screen)other than the t.v. everythihg was very satisfactory

Great location!

House was clean and had all we needed to be comfortable. We didn't have a hair dryer but they brought us one immediately. They even let us ship sticks our golf clubs to their office!
