Golf cart available for guest use as a courtesy from the owner. (If unavailable due to maintenance or repair, guests are responsible for arranging an alternative if needed.)

BOOKING & GUEST INFORMATION:

Rates are based on up to 2 occupants, additional guest rates of $20.00 per person/per day, will apply.

Children are not allowed on the reservation for this rental home.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND IS ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED IN OR ON THE PROPERTY. (Please note, contact the property management company if your pet is a service dog or emotional support animal)

Guests are responsible for renting a mailbox or post office box. DO NOT FORWARD YOUR MAIL, to the rental address. If you have packages shipped to the address it is your responsibility to go to the post office to see about retrieving your packages, should they get sent to the post office.

Once booked, guests will be offered the option to order up to 2 Village ID’s for $50 total. You pay The Villages for the ID's upon pickup. The ID's provide the same access as an owner during your reservation stay.

You can have visitors or friends over for dinner, we just ask that you have no parties or events that will disturb the surrounding neighbors or cause damage to the property. Respect your neighbors.

The Villages does not allow boats, motor homes, trailers, or commercial vehicles to be parked on the premises.
