This home is in the “Certified Sanitized Home” program with RE/MAX Premier REALTY INC. “Certified Sanitized Homes” have freshly cleaned, sanitized and processed sheets, towels, blankets, bath mats and kitchen towels between guests throughout the entire inventory within the home. “Certified Sanitized Homes” have a mattress protector and pillow protector on all mattresses and pillows within the home. Making a decision to stay in a “Certified Sanitized Home”, quite simply means you can be certain of how all linens, towels and blankets along with the home are managed pertaining to cleanliness and sanitation, “every piece”. This home, like all of our homes, is cleaned and sanitized after each guest stay. This home as with all of our “Certified Sanitized Homes” is deep cleaned every 6 months. Deep cleaning is a term we use to define when a property has been cleaned and sanitized from top to bottom to include the interiors of every drawer, cabinet and closet within the home.
This is a lovely two bedroom home with a den, WALL BED and huge TV nice recliners for a great TV room. House also has an enclosed lanai. This is on a beautiful corner lot.
Large kitchen with eating area that opens up to enclosed lanai, granite counter tops, stainless appliances, pantry. Plenty of cabinet space and space for entertaining and cooking. Master has a king bed (locked owners closet) Guest room has a queen bed. Both rooms have TV's. TV in the living room as well with reclining sofas. Two very comfortable recliners in the third bedroom with a murphy bed along with a HUGE flat screen mounted to the wall. Great TV room.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was very nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for us. The house was well outfitted with new appliances and cleaning products etc. like the previous residents had just left, but we're coming back soon. Even with old stuff left behind in the garage (the old garage door opener that had been replaced) made the house seem "homey", like my own house might look.
