This 2/2 Courtyard Villa is in the heart of it all. Whether you want to go swimming at the Odell Recreation Center, play golf at the Havana Country Club, or have a wonderful dinner at Piesanos, you can do it all. Less than 10 minutes away is Lake Sumter Landing with live music every night along with Happy Hour 5pm - 6pm. Colony Plaza is only 7 minutes away for all your grocery shopping needs and great restaurants.

This wonderful home has space for you to relax and unwind. The kitchen offers a breakfast nook for 4, to enjoy that morning cup of coffee or walk through the sliding glass doors to the screened in lanai and enjoy the Florida weather. The dining room table seats 6 for those times friends or family come over for dinner and games. The master bedroom has a king size bed that is perfect to cuddle up in and watch TV, with a sliding door that leads out onto the lanai as well. The master bathroom features a tiled walk-in shower with a glass door and double sink vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed with a flat screen tv, and ensuite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Enjoy the many places to relax, whether it be hanging out in the living room or out on the lanai, driving the golf cart, or dancing at the square, the choice is yours. ***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***

Quiet, comfortable and great location!

Nicely appointed, clean, and quiet. Nice neighbors and neighborhood, easy access to multiple pools rec centers and town squares. Nice to have both a lanai and outdoor patio with privacy. Beautiful view of stars at night. Having a golf cart to use is ideal. Experience the villages! It is truly an amazing place. Thank you so much!

The Perfect Home away from home...

This rental is in a very desirable location and has a friendly neighourhood vibe. The unit itself is freshly painted, with new livingroom and diningroom furniture. It is uncluttered but has lovely decor and every possible appliance and device you can think of. It was also very clean and organized upon arrival. We had a lovely stay there in April 2022. If it wasn’t already booked we would return next year!

Two weeks of good times

This was a Dream Vacation Rental for my family and I!

This vacation rental was one of if not the cleanest we have ever stayed in! It was modern and up to date in every way! The golf cart provided was such a great added bonus for my family and I to get around in the community. The patio was not only relaxing but beautifully decorated and spacious! The beds were so comfortable my kids are asking for the same mattresses and fluffy comforters for Christmas LOL(and I’m such a germ freak I don’t usually let them sleep with the bedding but this place was so immaculate). The location was also great! We honestly didn’t want to leave and would love to own the place!! Thanks for a wonderful couple days and Thanksgiving at your home!!
