Roomy Master bedroom with a king size bed with a flat screen TV and master ensuite bathroom with a walk in shower. Guest bedroom that comes with a queen size bed, flat screen TV. Guest bathroom with a tub/ shower combination bathroom. Washer and dryer located inside to use with easy and at your own pace.

Golf cart has been left to use for your pleasure ~ No smoking ~ WIFI and TV provided by Xfinity

YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RENTING YOUR OWN CART. IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT A CART INSTEAD OF USE THE OWNERS CART PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK THE HOME AND WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE RENTALS.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must contact us directly (352-460-4633) as we need to obtain certain information from you. We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***
