Guest room/office has a queen Murphy bed as well as a queen bed in the master bedroom. Master bath has a walk in shower, guest bath has a tub/shower combination, both with glass doors. Garage has a screened door, the lanai is enclosed with heat and A/C. Washer/Dryer in the garage. Yard is well maintained. Awesome location only minutes to Lake Sumter Landing or Spanish Springs town squares for nightly entertainment, shopping, dining and dancing.

We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***

Location was great!

The property was very clean and cozy. Neighborhood was quiet. It was really convenient for heading to either Spanish Springs or Lake Sumter landing. Not more than a 10 minute ride by golf cart to either one. We would definitely rent this property again.

Very roomy! The only draw back was the carpeting. White. With traffic coming right on it. The rest of house was wood or tile floors. Would definitely rent this again. We missed our window for that one.

Clean Pleasant Home

We have wanted to check out The Villages area for a couple years now and rentals are hard to come by. We were pleased that this home was available as we were coming through from Gulf Shores heading to Hilton Head and could spend 4 days in The Villages. This was a very nice, extremely clean home, centrally located, easy to navigate. Remax Realty was easy to work with and our property manager, Dana, seen to all our needs. I would highly recommend this home and this Rental Group.

Very clean, comfortable home centrally located between two town squares, both of which were easily accessible via the brand new golf cart. Second visit to the Villages

Despite the winding down of virtually all activities in The Villages due to the pandemic we had a wonderful stay. We didn't miss the Michigan winter. This was our second stay in the same home, so no surprises. Centrally located, well appointed and very well equipped home met all of our needs. Owner was attentive to all of our needs. Golf cart and hot tub on the lanai added to our experience.Principal negative was lack of outdoor patio space - an issue that mainly bothered us as Village activities wound down due to the pandemic. We solved the lack of a patio barbeque by bringing an indoor Ninja grill.
