Walmart Market is just around the corner. Closest Driving Range is Sarasota just a short golf cart ride. Moyer Loop Recreation Center and Golf Course even closer. Colony Plaza with a ton of shopping dining etc. 5 minutes away. Neighborhood pool you can walk to!

Relaxing stay
by Osborne’sHad a lovely time. The home had everything we needed and more. Very close to shopping, the squares and pools. Lots to do, the pond was full of frog activity in the night. The neighbourhood was very welcoming.
Beautiful Home
by Linda and Raymond BriggsReally enjoy this property, we return every year to have a joyful Winter break. Home is clean and very well equipped. Nice view out back over the water. Lots of lovely birds, including the eagles nest. Location is good lots of shops, gas station and close recreation centre. Great golf cart. Really enjoy our visits.
