Fully furnished Villa close to everything you can think of. 2 minutes to Belmont Executive Golf Course & 5 minutes to Hawkes Bay Executive Golf Course so bring your clubs too. 9 minutes to Lake Sumter Landing the closest square & South of County Rd 466 which is just 3 minutes to the local stores like Marshalls, Home Goods and The Fresh Market. 2 minutes to the Belvedere Pool or 2 minutes to Pimlico Family Pool & Recreation Center to enjoy a dip in during the summer months and the activities at the recreation center all year long. Villages Public Library at Belvedere 4 minutes away so you could grab a great book and enjoy in the front enclosed lanai while drinking your morning coffee. Carpet throughout the house except in the kitchen and bathrooms. Master bedroom has a king size bed and walk-in shower and the guest bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and a shower/ tub combo in the guest bathroom down the hall. Dinette in kitchen and dining room table set 4 each. All working appliances in the kitchen and washer and dryer are located inside the garage.

Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must contact us directly as we need to obtain certain information from you. We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***
