Come stay and have an enjoyable time during the winter months at this 2 bedroom 2 bath Patio Villa, dog friendly (15 lb weight limit) limit 1, between CR 466A and CR 466 in the Village of Duval. There is a 4 seat gas golf cart available for your use during your stay. This home is comfortably furnished. Picture yourself curling up on the sectional couch reading a book or watching a movie. There is a breakfast nook in the kitchen, a wonderful gas stove, and of course a Keurig coffee maker for your convenience and enjoyment. While in the kitchen cooking, someone could be sitting at the bar area that seats 4, visiting with you. There is a dining area open to the living room that seats 4, as well. The Master bedroom has a king size bed, TV, and access to the Master bathroom that has a walk in shower. Guest room has a queen size bed and TV. The Guest bathroom located near the guest bedroom has a shower/tub combo. There is seating in the lanai along with a tv for your viewing pleasure. You can visit with friends and/or neighbors at the sitting area outside the screened in porch or sit at the back patio area. The Seabreeze Pool & Recreation Center, Duval Pool, 2 different executive golf courses are literally 2 minutes from the house. There is a pet store 4 minutes from the house for your fur baby and a veterinary clinic 7 minutes away.

***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must check mark the appropriate box on the Vacation Rental Agreement. We will complete the application for your ID's so The Villages can process your ID's, so they will be ready upon your arrival. You will know that your ID's are ready and where to go to pick them up on day of arrival when you receive an email from us approximately a week prior to arrival.***
