Living room has plenty of seating with an electric fireplace to cozy up next to. The Master bedroom with the theme “Purple Haze” has a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, 40” Smart TV, an armoire, and a retro recliner perfect for relaxing in. The Master ensuite bathroom has a beautiful walk-in shower equipped with a hand rail and moveable shower head.

The “Ocean” themed guest bedroom has a queen-sized bed, and is located next to the guest bathroom that has a walk-in shower with frosted glass doors. The third bedroom has been converted into an office with a desk and a queen-sized pull out sofa with air mattress.

Kitchen boasts all major appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, breakfast bar with 2 chairs, and everything you could need for cooking. Plenty of storage in the pantry and cabinets, the “boombox” located in the kitchen is set to a local radio station, so you can get the most up to date weather and entertainment news. The dining area has a table that can seat 4, but up to 6 if you add extra chairs. The screened-in lanai has a table for 4 and an oversized chair to curl up and read a book in. Firepit table in backyard with seating for 4.

Laundry room is located inside the home close to the garage

Home is very pet friendly, featuring a dog run in the fenced backyard, a doggie door, and bowls. The max is 2 Dogs with no weight limit and $150 pet fee per pet.

IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO RENT A CART INSTEAD OF USE THE OWNERS CART PLEASE LET US KNOW WHEN YOU BOOK THE HOME AND WE CAN ASSIST YOU WITH COMPANIES THAT PROVIDE RENTALS.


***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must contact us directly ( as we need to obtain certain information from you. We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***
