This beautiful designer home has everything you need to enjoy your stay while at The Villages. The master suite is equipped with a king size bed, large walk in closet while the master bath provides a double vanity a roman shower. The guest area is separate from the master with two bedrooms, one bedroom is set up as a den with a pull out sofa while the other guest room offers a queen size bed and flat screen TV. The guest bath has a tub shower combo. Enjoy entertaining as the home has an open floor plan with a large flat screen TV in the living area. Dining area has seating for four and seating is available at the breakfast bar as well.
Enjoy the screened lanai for grilling and entertaining as there is a flat screen TV on the lanai as well for your enjoyment. Gas grill provided on patio area. Stroll to the neighborhood pool just outside your back lanai.
The home is conveniently located between Mallory Hill and Havana County Clubs as well as many recreation centers, restaurants, shopping and all three town squares within ten to fifteen minutes.
