Nicely decorated home in a great location quiet cul de sac street with no homes located behind you and features three outdoor living areas. Three bedroom, two bath, open living area. Two car garage and gas golf cart with seat belts, two bicycles with helmets and safety lights. Master suite has a king size bed, flat screen TV, walk in closet and French doors to screened lanai. The master bathroom offers a dual vanity and a walk in glass enclosed shower. The two guest bedrooms have queen beds, one has a flat screen TV while the other has a computer desk. Guest bathroom has tub shower combo. The living area has a flat screen TV, sofa and two recliners, ceiling fan and dining table with room for six. The well supplied kitchen has a gas range, standard major appliances, drip coffee pot and Keurig coffee maker, 4QT crock pot, hand food mixer, blender, pop up toaster and toaster oven. Washer/dryer located in home. The front of the home has a screened patio with a table and 2 chairs. The rear of the home has large screened lanai with a table for 6, umbrella and a BBQ grill, as well as an enclosed lanai with a great view of a beautiful natural area.
Home is non smoking and no pets.
