Beautiful three bedroom three bath home on a pond in the village of Pennecamp! You have got to see this home. Formal dining area that seats six, eat in breakfast area that seats four, breakfast bar, large living area, large family room with flat screen tv. Master suite has king sized poster bed with a separate sitting area, door from the master to the screened lanai/pool area. Master bath has roman shower, separate sinks with a lot of closet space, plus a garden tub. Guest rooms have queen beds with amazing furniture.
Kitchen has island for food preparation, lighting mounted under the cabinets, granite counter tops with stainless appliances. Butler's pantry and also a wet bar between the kitchen and the dining room. Huge foyer with tile, double doors with stained glass.
Outdoor kitchen with pool and hot tub! Large two car garage with a golf cart garage as well. This beautiful home will rent now monthly and for season Jan-March.
