This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfect your family or several couples to share the expenses. Master bedroom with a king size bed and queen sized beds in each of the guest rooms. In addition to the open floor plan this home has an enclosed Florida room. There is a nice private backyard with an open patio area as well to relax and read a book or check out the Daily Sun newspaper for all of the days events. This home is located in the Village of Rio Grande, just a quick golf cart ride to Spanish Springs where you'll find plenty of shopping, dining, a movie theater and nightly live entertainment! With the purchase of Village ID's you can enjoy the many golf courses (executive and championship) as well as a multitude of indoor and outdoor activities at any one of the many recreation centers.

.***Village ID's are not required for renters to occupy a home, however, if you would like to enjoy any of the amenities that all renters and owners are entitled to, you will need to have a Villages Identification Card. Your Villages ID will cost $50 (which will entitle you to 2 ID's). You must contact us directly (352-460-4633) as we need to obtain certain information from you. We will process your ID's with The Villages so they will be ready upon your arrival, You will know that we have processed your ID's only when you have received an acknowledgement from this office***

    The rental was perfect for our family visit to see Grandma over Thanksgiving. It was in a great location, was beautifully maintained, and the three large beds were perfect for my wife and I and our two kids and their spouses. The golf cart was an added bonus. Just a great place to stay in overall.

    This rental is perfect.The d├ęcor is fabulous.Very close to Spanish springs and lake summer. There is a family pool right down the road. Bald eagles have a nest on the power line you can see from the Lanai. You will not be disappointed with this property.
